Salsa Body Movement Fusion+Musicality is recommended for Improvers and Advanced levels of Salsa dancers. The training is focused on developing your ability to learn and master fast and complicated body movement sections as well as musicality. Each class focus on different short routine to challenge your memory and learning abilities to learn different Salsa Fusion concepts. We recommend this training in addition to your Training team experience. You don’t need a partner to join the course.
Spinning Technique training team is for you to learn the basic and advanced spinning concepts, develop your speed and balance and get tips and techniques. During the training team we will be drilling different spinning techniques and doing various exercises on the speed, balance, posture in order to master and improve your spinnings.
Musicality & Instruments training team is meant for all levels of students (From Novice to Performing Teams). The purpose of this team is to develop your understanding of the salsa music and your ability to express the music on the social dance floor in many different ways. Each class will be focusing on a specifc topic like expressing the mood of the music, understanding the rhythms in a more indepth way, understanding the structure of songs, how to improvise to the music, how to play the main rhytmical instruments, etc. This training team will be much recommended addition to your training regardless of your current level. We highly recommend it for all students.
