The Rising Stars training team is recommended for motivated and committed Advanced - Rising Star level couples. The training consists different types of more advanced exercises for couples.

We accept only very limited number of participants and attempt to do our best with social distancing at the classes. We believe a sense of community, keeping a positive and cooperative mindset and of course keeping your body moving and dancing in a responsible taking others in to consideration can be especially important and beneficial during these times to keep our minds and bodies healthy.
