The purpose of the different ladies technique and show training teams are to develop your individual technique, styling, timing, musicality, and body awareness. The technique training team On1 is recommended from Novice to Beginner level dancers. The Salsa ladies technique team On2 is recommended for Improver to Advanced level students. The Bachata ladies team is recommended for all levels of bachata dancers. The Ladies show team is by invitation only.
During the ladies technqiue and styling training team you will be learning different short choreos and while learning them you will be drilling different stylings, hands variations, body movement and etc.
Each training session contain a warm-up, bodymovements, different exercises, styling, and solo dancing/training.

HSA Ladies show team is invitation only. We will be continuing to train with the students in the teams with specific performance goals. If you are interested to join some of the HSA performance teams, please send an e-mail to mila@helsinkisalsaacademy.com. This team is by invitation only.
Refund policy: No refunds. It is possible in some instances for the student to compensate miss rehearsals by attending the rehearsals of another training team.
